  • Development of Brand Concepts for the Departments “MIR,” “MEO,” and “MIM” (OmSU), 2015–2021
    For the Faculty of International Business, we developed and designed logos for the departments MIR and MEO. From 2015 to 2020, promotion was carried out in-house through social media channels (VK, Instagram, and Facebook), which helped attract new applicants. In 2020, the project won the University Social Media Award (certificate to be attached).

    For the Faculty of Economics and the MIM Department, a logo was also designed, along with the creation of a website to attract applicants and a VK chatbot. Promotion was similarly managed in-house through social media channels.
  • Collaboration with Dostoevsky Omsk State University (2008 – Present)
    In addition to teaching at the university since 2008, where Aleksandra lectures on disciplines related to internet marketing and branding, our team developed and uploaded a series of online courses for students and professionals on OmSU’s e-learning platforms. These courses include: Internet Marketing, Expert Blogging, and SMM Promotion.

    Since 2022, a mentorship program has also been launched for Bars Auto Holding, allowing students to complete internships at the company.

    We additionally developed a chatbot for the Department of Management and Innovation (MIM).

  • Development of Brand Concept and Corporate Identity for the Natural Rejuvenation Lounge Bar “YAGODA” (2018)
    In 2018, we developed a unique brand concept and corporate identity for the natural rejuvenation lounge bar “YAGODA.” The bar was created as a place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city while enjoying rejuvenation procedures.

    We created the name, corporate identity, and logo, highlighting the naturalness and benefits of the services offered.

    As a result, “YAGODA” became not only an oasis of tranquility but also an attractive brand in the wellness market.
  • Development of Brand Concept and Corporate Identity for the Conceptual Bureau “HEDONIST” (2018)
    This is a men’s store specializing in clothing and accessories. We developed the brand concept for “Hedonist” from scratch, along with its corporate identity and logo.
  • Collaboration with PJSC “MegaFon” on a Social Project with the University & Brand Ambassadorship (2018)
    From 2018 to 2021, Aleksandra Vereteno served as a brand ambassador for MegaFon. In this role, she actively contributed to the cooperation with SPbGEU University, building connections between students and the business community.

    This work included organizing and hosting events aimed at students’ professional development and career advancement, as well as initiatives that helped strengthen the partnership between the university and MegaFon.
  • NeuroBusiness VRTN School – Case Studies
    Since March 2019, we have launched four cohorts of the training program “Aesthetics of Neural Networks for Business and Life.”

    This intensive program helps participants master the principles of working with artificial intelligence across a wide range of fields.

    Participant feedback and detailed course information are available on the TenChat blog, in the “Recommendations” section, and on the “AI Aesthetics” page, featuring student reviews and learning impressions.
  • Development of Brand Concept and Corporate Identity for the Cultural Center “SVOBODA” (2019)
    In 2019, we created the brand concept and corporate identity for the cultural center “SVOBODA,” a venue dedicated to vocal, acting, and dance training.

    The project was developed entirely from scratch — from naming and logo design to a full corporate identity system — with the goal of highlighting the idea of freedom in creative self-expression.

    Today, “SVOBODA” stands as a symbol of an innovative cultural space for everyone seeking to nurture their talents in a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere.
  • Corporate Training on Mobile Video Production and Mobile Tricks for Bars Auto Holding Employees (2021)
    In 2021, Bars Auto Holding implemented a corporate training project for its marketing department employees, focused on mastering the basics of mobile video production and mobile tricks.

    The training aimed to improve skills in creating impression-driven video content for expert blogs.

    The results showed a significant increase in views and website traffic, which contributed to higher sales and strengthened the brand’s market position.

    In the same year, BMW social media recognized the project with the award “Kings of Social Media,” while company accounts reached millions of views.
  • Leading the SMM Team since 2021 (VK, Telegram, Dzen, OK, Nezyagram)
    Since 2021, I have been leading a team of SMM specialists responsible for promoting Bars Auto Holding across social media platforms, including VKontakte, Telegram, Yandex Dzen, Odnoklassniki, and Nezyagram.

    The main task is the development and implementation of an impression-driven content marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, attracts new audiences, and strengthens the loyalty of existing customers.

  • Creation and Development of Bars Auto Holding’s YouTube Channel (since 2021)
    Since 2021, we have been developing and managing the YouTube channel of Bars Auto Holding, focused on both educational and entertaining content.

    The project includes creating and planning videos targeted at specific audiences, ensuring regular publication, and optimizing content for search engines.

    The channel has successfully attracted new subscribers and strengthened the brand through high-quality and engaging video content.
  • Collaboration with Innopolis University (2022)
    In 2022, we organized a series of webinars on time management titled “Planning Work and Life in Trello” in collaboration with Innopolis University.

    These webinars were aimed at teaching students and professionals effective methods of time management and productivity.
  • Anti-Crisis Marketing Plan for “Logos” (2022)
    As part of the “Anti-Crisis Marketing Plan” project, we conducted a comprehensive audit of the marketing tools used by the Logos training center (educational services market, preparing applicants for the Unified State Exam and Basic State Exam).

    Starting with a briefing to clarify objectives, we moved on to a thorough market analysis and a detailed audit of the provided data. This allowed us to identify the need for a logo redesign and an update of the company’s visual identity, including both online and offline aspects, as well as a revised SMM visual strategy, the integration of new promotion channels, and sales automation.

    The result was a detailed promotion plan for 2022–2023.

  • Collaboration with the Russian School of Management (RSHU), 2022
    As part of the cooperation with the Russian School of Management (RSHU), Aleksandra Vereteno developed an original course titled “The Personal Brand of a Leader.”
  • Corporate Training on Neural Network Aesthetics for Ingeokom Employees, Brand “305 by Miami Stylists” (Moscow, 2023)
    This corporate training case was implemented for the employees of Ingeokom (Moscow) in 2023.

    Task: to train the marketing department in the basics of using neural networks.

    Results:
    • mastered the use of GPT for various business tasks,
    • learned to generate images for content and packaging design,
    • created visuals for marketplaces using neural netw
  • Anti-Crisis Marketing Plan for Shampoo “305 by Miami Stylists” (2023)
    “305 by Miami Stylists” shampoo, the first private-label brand of Ingeokom Distribution Partners, was successfully launched on the Russian market at the end of 2021. Thanks to partnerships with well-known brands CHI and Emmediciotto, the product is represented in leading retail chains such as Zolotoe Yabloko and Podruzhka, as well as on major marketplaces like Ozon and Wildberries.

    With sales reaching peak levels, the client approached our agency to conduct a brand audit, identify potential growth areas, and develop a trade marketing program.

    Our agency carried out a comprehensive audit that included data collection, market analysis, the development of a trade marketing program, and brand growth recommendations. Special attention was given to organizing business processes, packaging, communicating the product’s key values, and developing a new SMM visual strategy.

    Additionally, new promotion channels were integrated to strengthen the shampoo’s market position and increase sales volumes.

  • Collaboration with SPbGEU (2023 – Present)
    Since 2022, active cooperation has been established with Saint Petersburg State University of Economics (SPbGEU). The main goal is to integrate the university’s academic resources with practical expertise to better prepare students for real market challenges.

    Aleksandra teaches the course “Competitive Environment Analysis.” In 2024, a departmental chatbot was also developed as part of this collaboration.
  • Blog Audit and Training for Lyubov Trubacheva (2020)
    As part of the “Turnkey Blog” service, we developed a complete blog concept for our client. The process included competitor analysis and the definition of a unique value proposition.

    Specialized categories were created for the blog, along with a one-month content plan to ensure consistent and systematic content publishing. A mood board was developed to align the account’s visuals with the blog’s style and theme. The social media profile was fully designed, including the header, highlights, and profile photo.

    A creative feed was built to deliver an aesthetically appealing and cohesive visual impression. In addition, training was provided on photo editing and creating stories, enabling the client to maintain and grow the blog independently.

  • “Iconography” Blog (Pavel Veshchev, 2020)
    Within the “Turnkey Blog” service, we developed the blog concept, conducted competitor research, and defined content categories. A one-month content plan and mood board were created, along with complete profile design (header, highlights, profile photo).

    A visually appealing and creative feed was designed, and training was provided on photo editing and creating stories.
